a.		Several shots that appear throughout the movie are shots that were matted together from scenes shots on location in Egypt and scenes shots at the Paramount Studios in Hollywood. Most notable scenes featuring this multi-location matte-shooting are the scenes which Moses and Sethi watch the Obelisk being raised; the slaves in the background were shot in Egypt, the foreground with Moses and Sethi shot in Hollywood, and the background pylons being matte paintings.
b.		The outside scenes of the London Underground feature Liverpool St Station which is at the eastern edge of the City of London, with the signage digitally altered to make it appear to be Charing Cross. Charing Cross actually has only one above-ground entrance to the tube network, on Trafalgar Square just across from Nelsons Column.
c.		At the time, Disney cartoons traditionally featured a show-stopping musical number. Previous examples would include the "Kiss the Girl" segment from The Little Mermaid (1989), "Be Our Guest" from Beauty and the Beast (1991) and "Friend Like Me" from Aladdin (1992). Stephen Schwartz and Alan Menken penned several songs, of which the leading contender was a song called "In the Middle of the River", but it was eventually dropped when it was decided that the song simply didnt fit within the dramatic context of the story.
