1.
Which of the following famous movie trivia, is related to the Hollywood movie: Casanova (2005)?
a.
The biggest effect of the picture is the vista glide. There are three scenes that use the effect of the same actor interacting with themselves. The three scenes that were shot was the dinner sequence in 2015, 1955 Biff talking to 2015 Biff in the garage and 1955 Doc talking with 1985 Doc. In order to create the dinner sequence with the vista glide, the camera had to be divided into thirds and Michael had to come in three different times to play his older self, Marty Jr. and his daughter Marlene. "Back to the Future Part II" is the first film to accomplish interaction between the same actor on the screen twice as two different characters. If you watch closely, youll see that old Biffs hand disappears during the scene in the garage.
b.
All death sequences were cut down significantly in order to avoid an X-rating. Dans original motorcycle death was longer and contained much more gore. Many sequences showing Dans face racked in pain were cut, along with his screams and Freddys laughter. Scenes which are seen on screen for only seconds are minutes long on film. The entire sequence is much longer, and the timing of Freddys quips are different. Gretas dinner scene was also edited. Originally, Freddy filleted the Greta-doll with the claw-glove causing it to spurt blood everywhere and then force-fed her its innards. Shots of the guests laughing were cut. Also, after Freddy said, "You are what you eat," she looked down and realized he had gutted her and was feeding her mush from her own stomach. This explains why the Greta-doll in Marks dream is bleeding from its torso. Finally, Marks demise is also cut. As Freddy shreds the paper in the unrated release, his face is animated and shows him screaming along to his cries of pain until Freddy cuts his paper head off. All three scenes can be viewed unedited in the original unrated VHS release.
c.
This is the only film from the original
Planet of the Apes
series of 5, that was not rated G, and the only entry released without a pre-title sequence. Reason: the opening was deemed too violent, and the producers wanted to avoid an R rating. The opening showed police on night patrol shooting an escaped ape and discovering his body covered with welts and bruises that are evidence of severe abuse. (Governor Breck and MacDonald refer to this incident in a scene that survived the final cut.) That and many other bloody images were deleted after a pre-release print was shown to a preview audience. The opening scene appears in the novelization and the comic book adaptation of the movie. On November, 2008, the Blu-Ray unrated version restored many of those graphic scenes, but not the pre-credit opening.
