a.		Similar to Magnetos and Rogues background segments, scenes explaining Storms and Cyclops backgrounds were scripted and storyboarded, but never shot. Storms background segment involved her changing the weather drastically in her home country in Africa and causing vast damage; Cyclops story would show him manifesting his mutant power at school as a teenager, causing him to accidentally destroy a school bathroom. There was a brief talk of shooting these scenes while shooting X2 in order to insert them into the X-Men Special Edition DVD, but the idea was later scrapped. However, the bathroom set (which had actually been built) was used for the scene in X2 where Mystique drugs Magnetos guard with a metal solution.
b.		A variation of "Polly Wolly Doodle" is sung by Bette Davis (Apple Annie) crew towards the end of the film as they are riding in a cab to see Ann-Margret off on her honeymoon. The same song is played on the harmonica by Lionel Barrymore (and Edward Arnold) in You Cant Take It with You.
c.		Released in the U.S. as the main attraction in a triple-feature package with Il mostro di Venezia (US title: The Embalmer, original title: Il mostro di Venezia) and The Undertaker and His Pals.
d.		All of the scenes involving wolves, were shot on sets designed and created by Production Designer Kevin Phipps. These include all of the Forest, Creek and River settings, the Interior of the Chapel, the Hotel Bedroom and Absinthe Factory. These sets were all constructed on the sound stages at Media Pro studios in Bucharest, Romania.
